Carrying her three-year-old son, Bronx, Ashlee Simpson arrived at LAX on Friday (July 27). The 27-year-old singer wore a white top with a brown jacket, black skinny jeans with a fancy fedora as her son sleepily clung on to her shoulders.

Ashlee and his mommy recently welcomed a new family member to their household. French bulldog pup « Alabama » came home in May and charmed her way into her family’s heart. Miss Simpson talked about the little one with People last week and said, « She’s getting big. She’s the cutest thing in the world. She’s such a little lover. » Though the transition gave Bronx mixed feelings as Ashlee added, « At first he was so excited, and then he was like, ‘Wait! She’s playing with my toys! Now he is so in love with her. It’s great. » In May, Ashlee has tweeted, « BX and our new pup snuggle fest! » with an adorable photo of the two fast friends.
